REFUND POLICY:

Cases Royale does not accept returns for change of mind after 4 hours of placing an order as each order is handmade.

If there is a defect or we have made a blunder, please contact us on sales@caseroyale.com.au.

* To qualify for a refund items must be in original packaging 

* Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

* Please allow 5-7 Business days for your refund to be processed to the payment method you used during purchase.
